Yes. A guest can open the property's OnStay concierge before arrival when the host shares its link and the concierge is available. The browser experience is not restricted to being physically at the QR sign.
The concierge can answer supported property questions already grounded in the home's knowledge, such as parking guidance, what supplies are provided, family-item locations, house rules, or host-curated recommendations. It should not invent reservation facts or replace the host's booking communication.
The property link is not a reservation login. OnStay does not currently verify a visitor through an OTA, property-management system, direct-booking system, or iCal feed. A host chooses when and where to share the link. Physical-entry credentials remain in the private booking channel.
If the property knowledge is uncertain, the question is safety-sensitive, or the answer requires a human decision, OnStay returns the question to the host with context.
