Question 1

How does OnStay pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Concierge Setup is $199 for one property and includes its first thirty days. After that, it is $19 a month. Additional-property setup is temporarily paused. The graduated portfolio rates shown here describe future expansion and are not available to purchase yet.

Question 2

What if it doesn't work for my property?

Accepted Answer

If it isn't right for the property, you can request a refund in the first thirty days. The exact terms are on the Refunds page and shown at purchase.

Question 3

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel the monthly subscription from the billing dashboard. Access continues through the end of the period already paid for.

Question 4

How does pricing work in my currency?

Accepted Answer

Pick a currency above to see approximate local prices based on fixed display rates. At checkout you see your exact setup total, in the currency you will be charged, before you pay, and a setup refund goes back in that same currency. The monthly subscription is billed in US dollars; your card issuer converts it and may add a fee.

Question 5

What counts as a 'property'?

Accepted Answer

One unit you rent to guests, with one address. A duplex rented as one unit is one property; rented as two units, it is two. If you're not sure, ask.

Question 6

Do you have a discount for hosts who run a single property full-time?

Accepted Answer

The $19 rate is already at the floor of what the economics support. If it is still out of reach, write to us and we'll work something out.
