Concierge Setup has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the payment date. A first-property setup charged at $199 refunds $149 under that guarantee because $50 is retained for the printed sign and setup work. Monthly cancellation stops future charges; service continues through the paid period and partial periods are not prorated or refunded. If an OnStay technical failure prevents the concierge from ever being delivered, the setup fee charged for that property is refunded in full. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
