Yes. The guest experience is tied to the property link, not the booking source. A direct-booking guest, Airbnb guest, Vrbo guest, Booking.com guest, or Expedia guest can open the same property's concierge when the host shares its link or displays its QR code.
A host starts with one public property listing and can add a direct site, welcome book, guest guide, manuals, PDFs, and other property documents. These sources help OnStay understand the home. They do not create a reservation identity system.
OnStay does not currently identify a QR or link visitor as a particular reservation through an OTA, property-management system, or direct-booking integration. iCal can represent calendar occupancy, but it does not authenticate a guest. The property QR and link are therefore property-scoped, not reservation-scoped.
Reservation-specific messages and physical-entry credentials remain in the host's private booking channel. The concierge covers reusable guest-use knowledge about the property and returns uncertain, safety-sensitive, or human-decision questions to the host.
Whether the guest booked directly or through an OTA, they can use the same property concierge to ask about parking, WiFi, checkout, or amenities.
