No. The OnStay property concierge is a live browser experience and needs an internet connection to receive a question and return an answer.
A guest may be unable to open the concierge or continue a live conversation until the connection returns. OnStay does not claim offline access, cached property answers, or offline voice.
Keep essential written guidance in the property's welcome book or existing guest communication, especially where mobile or WiFi service is unreliable. The welcome book remains valuable as source material for OnStay and as the guest's offline backup.
A guest does not need an Airbnb, Vrbo, or direct-booking integration to use OnStay. They need the correct property link and internet access. The concierge does not identify a visitor as a particular reservation from an OTA, property-management system, or iCal feed.
When service returns, any answer that is uncertain, safety-sensitive, or needs human judgment returns to the host with context.
