The OnStay sign points to one property's concierge. A guest scans the QR code, opens the link in a browser, and asks a question about that home.
It does not identify a visitor as a particular reservation, unlock a property, or distribute physical-entry credentials. The same permanent property link can also be shared directly. Reservation-specific and physical-entry information stays in the host's private booking channel.
No app download or guest account is required. The live concierge needs an internet connection. Voice depends on browser and microphone support, while text remains available without microphone access.
After scanning, a guest can ask which parking area belongs to the property or where an amenity is stored.
Scan or open the public demo or see the current setup offer, including the standard sign.
