Yes. A guest can ask the OnStay property concierge in their own language, and the concierge can reply in that language while using the same property-specific knowledge.
The conversational answer can follow the guest's language. The underlying property facts still come from the host's sources and answers. Translation does not fill a missing fact or resolve a contradiction by itself.
Guests use a web browser from the property's QR code or shared link, with no app download or guest account. The live concierge needs an internet connection. Text is available in the browser, and voice depends on device, browser, and microphone support.
Names, local terms, safety instructions, and property-specific phrasing can be difficult to translate precisely. If a question is uncertain, safety-sensitive, or requires human judgment, OnStay returns it to the host with context.
A concierge answering a guest's language does not mean every OnStay resource page or purchase page is published in that language. This resource library is currently English. Product interface languages and guest conversation languages are separate capabilities.
A guest can ask about parking, checkout, WiFi, or property amenities in their own language.
